In the past years, we have organized numerous conferences. And in the future, we plan to do just that as well. For nerds, by nerds.

Copied from other MageUnconferences, this concept was brought back by Yireo to the Dutch community. Two days of random talks, unorganized sessions and relaxed partying at the venue of Fort aan de Klop, Utrecht. And even 3 nights for those who stayed at the site. In total 180 people attended. All with a sense of Mandalorian.

Still during COVID years, the fourth edition of Reacticon covered four days in total. The agenda covered PWA Studio, Hyvä and also Shopware (at a first). A great mix and again the video hits were in the 1000s afterwards.

And then COVID happened. We had booked Burgers Zoo already for a wild ride, but turned Reacticon 3 into an online conference. Spreading across three days, numerous talks, including a Hyvä launch. And the YouTube channel kept receiving hits afterwards.

This one was actually the wildest one of all conferences so far. Together with the help of MageSpecialist, we organized MageTestFest in the Odeon theatre in the old center of Florence, Italy. Not that many attendees (130), but lots of good jokes (like movie posters) and many attendees have really good memories of this.

We decided to repeat the succes of Reacticon. Moving from Strijp-S to the High Tech Campus, also in Eindhoven. The atmosphere was slicker, the topics off the chart. 220 people turned up.

Magento frontending changed. To jump on that wagon, we decided to organize a Magento conference, focused on various techniques - PWA Studio, Vue Storefront, DEITY, Snowdog, Magento-in-Laravel and a lot more. This first Reacticon took place in the Blue Collar Hotel in Strijp-S, Eindhoven. There was room for 100 people, but with 140 people we pushed the limits.

The Magento 2 Seminars were good, but our heart was lying with devs. So we stepped up to organize a conference solely for developers, internationally oriented. And with a pure focus: Magento testing. This turned out to be gold, with lots of beershit, 190 people attending. Stage was the Prodent Fabriek in Amersfoort.

This worked. Right after the first Magento 2 Seminar, so much changed within Magento, that we felt it needed to redo the same thing in the same year. The second seminar took a whole day with 2 tracks and in total 220 people attending.

When Magento 2 was officially released end of 2015, Yireo jumped on it by organizing the first event world-wide focused solely on Magento 2. Just an afternoon in the business farm Mereveld in Utrecht with 160 attendees. And we were proud to have Anton Kril, former tech lead at Magento, to explain something something Magento.
