New MageBridge template-patches for the RocketTheme templates Leviathan, Lumiere and Chapelco have been released - smoothing the integration of Magento in Joomla!. CSS runs smooth, and LESS is certainly a big improvement. Kudos to the RocketTheme team.

Last months we have been working on renewing all Joomla! extensions for compatibility with Joomla! 3.0, and one extension was falling behind: Vm2Mage - it did not even have a Joomla! 2.5 version yet. So here it is: Version 0.10.0 of the tool to migrate from VirtueMart to Magento.

We have secretly introduced it, but perhaps it is time for for a brief notice. Our MageBridge platform, which includes over 60 extensions, is offered for free for developers, but for those who need support, we offer paid support-subscriptions. Yesterday, version 0.0.6 of our CustSize extension for Magento was released. The new release brings various bugfixes, but most notably the creation of new fieldsets from within the Magento backend.

The best tools are developed out of frustration. We are currently developing a site, which shows an offline message to all visitors. But the offline-page is styled nicely by removig the login-form and just showing a simple image. But how to login? Using our new free Joomla! plugin Auto Login IP.

We have now released a new New Relic plugin for Joomla!, which makes the integration between New Relic and Joomla! even better.

Note, we have released new MageBridge template-patches for the Joomla! templates RocketTheme Kirigami, RocketTheme Fracture and YOOtheme Infite. With these patches, it becomes a lot easier to build a MageBridge webshop (by integrating Magento into Joomla!) and start customizing things. The basics are covered.
